All sales are final. We are a small business and unable to issue refunds once an order has been placed.

All boxes are sent using next-day delivery to ensure freshness. Orders are usually sent out within 24-48 hours of the order being placed. Postage boxes fit standard UK mailboxes - we take no liability for delivery issues if you have a non-standard mailbox size.

Products are kept frozen in the bakery until shipment, and should not be re-frozen at home. Products should remain wrapped and kept in the fridge as soon as received, and consumed within 48 hours.

TBB is a small-time business run by Grace as a one-woman-venture. All products are made by hand in small batches using real and fresh ingredients only. No preservatives, no nasties, ever.
